Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance
By using PaddleClub.org, signing a petition, or submitting data through the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your Submissions
When you sign a petition, you confirm that what you tell us is true: that you live in the city, or that you play, work, or vacation there as you indicate. One signature per person per city. A signature counts only after you confirm it by email.
By submitting data or suggesting a place to play, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, aggregate, and publish that data, in anonymized form, for advocacy, research, reporting, and any other purpose related to promoting pickleball infrastructure.
You represent that all information you submit is truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to remove or disregard signatures and submissions we believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, or misleading.
Court Information
Court counts, places, hours, and fees on PaddleClub come from public records, operators, listings, and residents. Verified city pages date and source each one. We work to keep them accurate, but they can change or contain errors. Check with the operator before you go, and tell us when something is wrong.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
PaddleClub is a data collection and advocacy platform. Signing a petition or submitting a datapoint does not guarantee any specific outcome, including the construction of pickleball courts or any action by any government body. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding results.
Programs & Partnerships
From time to time, PaddleClub may offer optional programs, promotions, or partnerships. Participation in any such program may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of enrollment. These terms will govern any conflict between the two.
Changes & Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice. We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaddleClub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided here.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
